This was August 28th at the Dickerson Park Zoo in Springfield MO. We walked up and they were all laying around, doing nothing and a couple of minutes after we got there, they just started howling. It was beautiful, eerie, amazing. We think possibly it was a message and a blessing for baby David, who was all of two and a half weeks old at the time.

One of Dickerson Park Zoo’s keepers showed the mountain lions a little love on Valentine’s Day with “blood-sicles” and mice. The cats had quite a time with their treats!
